Frequently Asked Questions

No question is stupid — except the one you don’t ask.

What is The Golf Armory?
We’re a veteran-owned performance golf lab: precision fittings, lessons, simulator play, and R&D-driven retail—built to help you defeat the course, one informed decision at a time.
How do I book time or talk to a human?
Use the Contact HQ form and pick your department. We reply within one business day. Urgent? Call HQ during business hours.
What simulator tech do you use?
TrackMan dual-radar and Foresight GCQuad photometric systems—tour-grade ball flight and club data for practice, games, and fittings.
Can we host a league or private event on the sims?
Yes—leagues, corporate events, fundraisers, and party blocks. Share headcount, date window, and format (open practice, long drive, closest-to-pin, mini-tournament).
How long is a club fitting and what do I get?
Full-bag baseline is typically 60–90 minutes. You’ll hit measured shots across heads/shafts, get optimal specs, and leave with a clear build path and data summary.
Do I bring my own clubs? What if I’m left-handed or new?
Bring your current gamers if you have them; otherwise we’ll supply demos. We support left-handed golfers and brand-agnostic testing for all skill levels.
I’m a beginner—can you help without overwhelming me?
Absolutely. We start with grip/setup/contact, build consistent ball-first strikes, then add speed and shot control. Data guides the reps; confidence follows.
Do you offer junior coaching or group sessions?
Yes—structured junior development and optional group formats with measurable checkpoints.
How do memberships work? Are digital and local different?
We’re separating physical location memberships (priority bay time, member events, service perks) from Armory Digital access (training content, challenges, remote competitions). Clear paths, no confusion.
What is XP and how do I earn it?
XP is our loyalty currency—earned by bay bookings, events, challenges, referrals, and future mini-games (geo-caching, putt-putt missions). XP unlocks perks, early access, and limited drops.
What’s new or in development?
Google-Cloud backbone, AI-assisted training, XP-driven challenges, and a growing digital hub. We’ll publish roadmaps and changelogs as we ship.
How do I plan an event with you?
Send headcount, date window, venue (on-site or off-site), and format. We’ll propose options, staffing, and prize structures. Food & beverage partners on request.
Can I ask about future product drops or specific brands?
Yes. Share category (clubs/shafts/balls/apparel/accessories/carts) and specs you’re chasing. We log interest to steer inventory and R&D.
Do you re-grip, repair, or tune builds?
Yes—grips, loft/lie checks, and build guidance. Tell us your current setup and goals; we’ll advise or book a fitting.
I’m interested in partnerships or investment—where do I start?
Use the Contact HQ form and choose Partnerships or Investment & Growth. Include a deck/URL, check size or collaboration scope, and timeline.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Do you offer a military/veteran or first responder discount?
Yes—15% off services with valid ID. Thank you for your service.
Do you have a safety policy or waiver?
Yes. Participants assume responsibility for their actions; reckless swings or misuse of equipment are not tolerated. A waiver is required for events and on-site play.
How do you handle my data and media?
We use contact info only to support your request and services you opt into. Event media may be used for promotion when consent is provided or posted at the venue.
